Q. Do you come to me?
A. Yes. Redline Detailing comes to you. We are a fully mobile service. All we need is access to power, water and off street parking. We bring everything with us, to your home or office.
Q. Do you charge more for your mobile service?
A. No. There is no extra charge for Redline Detailing to come to you.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit card, EFTPOS, bank transfer and cash.
Q. What is your normal service area?
A. Redline Detailing services all of the Central Coast & Lake Macquarie Regions.
Q. What type of vehicles can be detailed?
A. Redline Detailing can detail your cars, 4WD/SUV, vans, specialty cars (limousines, show cars) motorcycles, boats, caravans & motorhomes.
Q. Can you remove scratches from my paintwork?
A. It can be difficult to remove scratches if they have passed through the paintwork and down to the underlying metal. However, if the scratch has not gone to deep into the clear coat then they can be polished out.
Q. What sort of products will be used to detail my car?
A. The products we use at Redline Detailing are designed for commercial car detailing. We use and recommend AutoSmart and Meguiars products to care for your paint work, your interior, your leather and your exterior trims. We use the very best quality microfibre cloths and the highest quality polishes to ensure your paint looks and feels it’s very best.
Q. What happens if it is raining?
A. Unless you have a large garage or carport we will arrange with you another convenient time.
